Three headcount numbers. One governed position.
Twenty minutes. Tell us where headcount breaks for you today, and we will shape the walkthrough around it: one position requested against the plan, approved with the cost in view, and reconciled back to Finance, on demo data.
- Twenty minutesWhere headcount breaks for you, and what Kinnect changes.
- Shaped by your requirementsYour pain points, your HRIS, your approval chain.
- No obligation, no deckThe product, on demo data.
Sound familiar?
Every one of those roles was approved by somebody
None of the systems is wrong. Each recorded what it saw. What is missing is the record that connects the decision to the position, the funding and the hire.
Finance
The board asks how you ended up twenty roles over plan.
Finance has one number from the planning tool, HR another from the HRIS, Recruiting a third from the ATS. Nobody can say which twenty, or who approved them, and none of the three numbers explains the variance.
HRIS and HR
The reorg broke every named approver.
The workflow still routes to the old VPs, so requests stall or go around it by email. When Finance asks who approved a seat, the position record says one thing and the spreadsheet says another.
Recruiting
Three weeks into the search, Finance flags the req as unfunded.
It opened because someone said yes in a hallway, and nobody broke a rule, because there was no rule between the yes and the requisition. The candidates wait, and your number no longer matches theirs.
Twenty minutes, and you will know whether this is the fix.
What you will see
The position lifecycle, governed end to end
Four moments, in the order a request moves through Kinnect. Each one is the answer to a question Finance, HR or Recruiting asks every week.
A request checked against the plan
Request Position reads the cost center plan and shows where the seat lands before anyone approves it.
Two approvers, derived from the org
Manager, then budget owner, each in one Inbox with the seat and its cost, each with a required comment.
The requisition pushed to your ATS
Start Recruiting creates the requisition from the approved position and the hire syncs back to fill it.
Every variance explained
The Finance page drills any cost center to the positions and events behind the number.
What to bring
Your requirements, not your data
Three things that make the twenty minutes yours. None of them needs system access.
Which HRIS, ATS and planning tool you run, so the walkthrough uses the right connectors.
How a headcount request is approved today, and where the three numbers disagree.
One process you want to see governed: a backfill, a reorg, a plan check, a variance.
Who you are talking to
Built by people who owned the headcount number
Kinnect was built from client-side work owning headcount systems inside enterprise HR and Finance teams, and it governs positions on every enterprise HRIS.

Demo questions
Is the demo on our own data?
No. It runs on demo data, shaped by the requirements you bring, so the twenty minutes go to what Kinnect governs rather than to data access. Your own systems come in at implementation.
Should Finance, HR and Recruiting all join?
Yes, if you can. The governed position is one record the three teams read, and the demo lands hardest when the people who hold three different numbers today watch it become one.
Do we have to be on Workday?
No. Kinnect governs positions on Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Pro, ADP and Dayforce, and connects to the ATS and planning tools around them.
What does it cost?
The demo is free. Plans are banded by employee count, everything included and no add-ons, quoted after we understand your requirements. The pricing page explains the bands.
What happens after the demo?
If it fits, we scope implementation from what you told us in the call. If it does not, you leave with a clearer picture of your own process and no follow-up you did not ask for.
What happens in the twenty minutes?
Discovery, and it is the part that makes the demo worth your time. Our team asks which HRIS, ATS and planning tool you run, how a headcount request is approved today, and which process you most want to see governed. The walkthrough is then built around those answers rather than a script, and if Kinnect is not the fit, you find out in twenty minutes instead of an hour.
Is there a founder-led option?
The thirty-minute Headcount Control Review traces one approved position through your systems with the founder. It is a working session rather than a demo, and it is free.
