Which HRIS does Kinnect integrate with?
Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Pro, ADP and Dayforce, plus BambooHR and HiBob. Positions, workers, supervisory organizations and cost centers ingest through standard APIs, and the governed position record is the same on every one.
Which applicant tracking systems does Kinnect integrate with?
Greenhouse, Workday Recruiting, Lever, iCIMS, Ashby and SmartRecruiters. An approved position becomes a requisition in the ATS with one push, candidate movement syncs back, and a completed hire fills the position.
Which planning tools does Kinnect integrate with?
Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Pigment and Planful. Budgets and plan lines come in; governed headcount and annualized cost go out, so the plan and the positions agree.
Does Kinnect replace our HRIS, ATS or planning tool?
No. Your HRIS stays the system of record for workers and positions, your ATS for candidates, your planning tool for the budget. Kinnect holds the governed position, its approvals and its History, and governs the handoffs between them.
Do we need to customize our HRIS to connect Kinnect?
No. Kinnect connects to your existing configuration through standard APIs. No custom reports, calculated fields or integration studio work is required.
Can approvals happen in Slack?
Yes. Connect Slack from the Collaboration card in Settings > Integrations. An approver can act in Slack or in the Inbox; either way it is Approve or Deny with a required comment, recorded in the position History.
Can we start with an upload instead of an integration?
Yes. Settings > Bulk Import provides a template for a headcount upload, and cost center budgets import from CSV in Settings > Finance, so you can start before a connector is live.
Where are integrations configured?
Settings > Integrations, grouped HRIS, ATS and Collaboration, with credentials, test connection and mappings per provider. The ATS is selected in Settings > System.
